Distancia Madrid Marbella y Radares

Muchas veces nos preguntamos la distancia que hay entre Madrid y Marbella en coche o moto. Existen multiples rutas para comunicar las dos ciudades, pero las más coherentes son dos:

- Vía Granada: la más habitual, pero no la mejor desde mi punto de vista. La distancia total es de 590 km. La carretera no esta en muy buen estado, siempre hay algún tramo en reparaciones y tiene el asfalto bastante perjudicado. Como ruta es interesante pues te permite parar en muchos sitios diferentes a comer o visitar, si te interesa hacer turismo.

Marbella-Málaga-Granada-Jaén-Madrid

- Vía Córdoba: recientemente, a finales de 2009, han terminado la autovía que comunica Antequera con Córdoba, y después de probar la recomiendo totalmente. Es mucho más cómoda y con menos curvas, a parte del asfalto que esta muy bien, que al ser nuevo es lo normal, pero no olvidemos donde vivimos y como se hacen las cosas, la de Granada no ha estado bien ni el día de su inauguración, con continuos badenes por hundimiento, que ya han pasado al nivel de señalizar donde están y no arreglar. La distancia total es de 610 km, pequeña diferencia que dependiendo del ritmo de viaje no se aprecia.

Marbella-Málaga-Antequera-Córdoba-Madrid

Los radares fijos que nos podemos encontrar son los siguientes:

- Marbella a Madrid (vía Granada), sin coger ningún peaje, si vas por peaje te saltas los que no se subrayan:

A-7: km 200,4 – A la altura de una gasolinera BP que hay en la Cala de Mijas.
A-44: km 76,4 – En este tramo de Granada a Jaén se suele esconder muy a menudo algún coche con radar, tienen sitios donde es imposible detectarles.
A-4: km 256,6
A-4: km 219,6
A-4: km 177,5
A-4: km 67,6
A-4: km 44,6
A-4: km 13,3

- Marbella a Madrid (vía Córdoba), sin coger ningún peaje, si vas por peaje te saltas los que no se subrayan:

A-7: km 200,4 – A la altura de una gasolinera BP que hay en la Cala de Mijas.
A-45: km 52,3 – En la zona de la carretera nueva.

Espero que os pueda servir para estar atentos y evitar multas innecesarias. Recordar que el AVE Madrid – Málaga tarda dos horas y media y cuesta unos 130 euros, ida y vuelta, en tarifa estándar.

New Ryanair base at Malaga

Ryanair announced it would open new base in Malaga in June next year, its 38th base. It will have 4 based aircraft and 39 routes, 19 of them new. They will createover 200 jobs and offer 360 weekly flights with Malaga. Estimate invest round $250 million.

Ryanair celebrated its new base with an incredible offer, releasing 500.000 tickets at 5€ on routes across Europe in the new year. day (17th Dec).

In Malaga today, Ryanair’s Michael O’Leary said:

“Ryanair is delighted to announce Malaga as our 38th base with 19 new routes from next June which go on sale on www.ryanair.com tomorrow. With a total of 39 low fare routes from Malaga next summer Spanish consumers and visitors can beat the recession by choosing Ryanair’s lowest fares and our no fuel surcharge guarantee on 39 exciting destinations all over Europe including France, Italy and Germany among others. Ryanair’s 2m passengers p.a. will sustain 2,000 jobs locally at Malaga Airport”.

Dolph Lundgren Ambassador of Marbella

” Marbella Town Hall has named Swedish actor Dolph Lundgren as Ambassador of Marbella, due to his relationship with the town and his successful professional career. Angeles Muñoz said that it is a privilege for Marbella to have such famous residents, and thanked him for choosing the town to live in. “Our intention is to involve people with national and international prestige who love Marbella and feel it close to their heart as we know Dolph Lundgren does” said the mayor.
The actor’s family live in Marbella and apparently “have no intention of going elsewhere.” “Marbella is a very special place for my family, a marvellous city in which life can be enjoyed to the fullest” said the actor, who also spoke of the “beautiful contrast between La Concha mountain and the blue sea.”
Dolph Lundgren is an actor, director, script-writer and producer who has worked mainly in action and martial arts films in Hollywood. Born in Sweden, he graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology as a professor of Chemical Engineering of Sydney University. On a trip to the USA, he decided to audition for the part of Ivan Drago, which completely changed his life.
He has recently taken part in Sylvester Stallone’s film The Expendables, with Mickey Rourke, Jet Li, Brittany Murphy, Carisma Carpenter, Eric Roberts, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis. The film will be released in 2010.

British buy again in Spain

This was especially good news for Spain, confirmed to be the favourite destination of potential property-buyers. No fewer than 60 per cent of consultant indicated an interest in Spain, with France coming in a poor second despite its familiarity and geographical proximity to British buyers. Unlike in previous years, there was no “French village” area at “A Place in the Sun”, and Spain’s main competitors were the USA and Australia and New Zealand, which were offering immigration packages.
Surveys of the public attending the show indicated that many buyers have been waiting for the right moment, and are now ready to make the move, as prices are unlikely to drop any further. Asked why they were looking at Spain, they mentioned, as one would expect, the climate, the friendly people, and enjoyable holidays in this area in the past. Buyers were also aware of the problems now facing investors who had opted in the past for destinations less well served by the airlines. While flights to many of these have been reduced or scrapped altogether during the credit crunch, Malaga airport continues to be served by numerous airlines with dozens of flights every day to the UK.

Hoy día 30 inauguran el Hard Rock Café Marbella en Puerto Banús, después de muchos meses de búsqueda para encontrar la ubicación y otros para la reforma y adaptación del antiguo local del decorador Pedro Peña, podemos asistir a la esperada apertura.

Han elegido la zona más turística de la Costa del Sol, Puerto Banús, rodeado de glamour, yates y exclusivos vehículos. El local esta frente a la plaza de Antonio Banderas y El Corte Ingles, en una esquina donde han preparado una terraza para acoger a 150 comensales y un local de 610 m2 con su característica decoración, plagada de objetos de artistas famosos.

Una vez más las grandes marcas, en este caso de restauración, eligen Marbella para extender su presencia en España, a pesar de no cumplir con los requisitos de población que suelen seguir para elegir las ciudades de apertura, pero el flujo de gente puede llegar a compensar, ya veremos.

IV Festival Internacional de Cine de Marbella

Del 01 al 04 de Octubre se celebrará en el Centro Comercial Marina Banús el IV Festival de Cine de Marbella. Podrán disfrutar de muchísimas películas, eventos y este año, como novedad, habrá talleres de formación y pabellones de promoción del conocido séptimo arte, toda una oportunidad para artistas independientes y jóvenes cineastas. En los cines Gran Marbella, en Puerto Banús, se proyectará un total de 40 películas internacionales de cine independiente con origen europeo, americano, asiático y africano. También se instalarán cerca de 20 pabellones donde se realizarán talleres de formación, como pueden ser Efectos Visuales o Clase Master de Productores y Guionistas. Las empresas del sector también tendrán su oportunidad y se instalarán en estos pabellones para darse a conocer y mostrar sus productos. Todo un evento con grandes aspiraciones para las nuevas estrellas del sector.
